HAPPY THANKSGIVING
There are many aspects for which to be thankful. Yet today, I can only marvel at the sheer beauty of life. My cancer diagnosis and subsequent months of treatment turned my year upside-down and to simply be here, in remission and feeling as healthy as I do, with my husband and son and my writing…it is the greatest of blessings.
I hope you spend this holiday surrounded by the people and things you love. And if you find a few moments to indulge in something other than turkey and pumpkin pie, perhaps you might enjoy an excerpt from my current book project. For it is also you, the reader, to whom I am grateful. The support. Your comments. Chats on-line. Without our connection, I would be lost. Thank you.
